As an advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist and the Lead Trainer of The Australian Academy of Hypnosis Paul understands the synergies between the mind and often complex health issues and he has designed programs to teach Clinical Hypnotherapists throughout Australasia.
Since 1990 Paul has been part of the New Zealand Defence Force and the New Zealand Police. His Police work included service with the protection squad looking after the Prime Minister and other VIP’s and instructional training for firearms, taser, physical training, advanced weapons and flash bang/distraction devices. Paul is a qualified Army Shooting Coach and holds a Diploma in Police Studies. He is also a Police Firearms and Taser Instructor.
With his extensive experience as an Instructor, Paul is able to develop and deliver exceptional training programmes targeted to the needs of our clients.
Paul is an outstanding advanced trainer who fully engages his learners at all levels of training required. He specialises in designing and delivering programmes for firearms training, defensive tactics and tactical communications.
Paul has also been invited as keynote speaker to many Government Conferences and Corporate Business Events to share his knowledge about mindset and mindset under stress.
